Solemnidad de la Santisima Trinidad / Most Holy Trinity

Desde niños hemos aprendido en el Catecismo, que en Dios hay tres personas divinas; el Padre, el Hijo y el Espíritu Santo, y que a cada persona se le atribuye una determinada acción: el poder de la creación al Padre; la redención al Hijo; y la santificación al Espíritu Santo.

¿Cómo es la Trinidad parte de mi vida de oración? Cuando digo la palabra "Dios", ¿a quién me refiero? ¿Con qué miembro de la Trinidad me relaciono mejor en este momento? ¿Qué está pasando en mi vida para que eso sea así?

¿Mi vida refleja mi creencia de que soy hermano o hermana de todos los creyentes? ¿Cómo?

¿Dónde veo a Dios actuando en el mundo de hoy? ¿Quién refleja a Dios en el mundo para mí?

¿Qué significa para mí ser heredero de Dios? ¿Qué heredo? ¿De qué manera debo sufrir para recibir las bendiciones de mi herencia?

Los museos contienen los tesoros heredados de las generaciones que nos precedieron. La Iglesia guarda los tesoros de nuestra fe que heredamos en el bautismo.

From childhood, we have learned in the Catechism that in God there are three divine persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, and a certain action is attributed to each person: the power of creation to the Father; redemption to the Son, and sanctification to the Holy Spirit.

How is the Trinity part of my prayer life? When I say the word "God", whom do I mean? To which member of the Trinity do I relate best right now? What is going on in my life to make that so?

Does my life reflect my belief that I am a brother or sister of all believers? How?

Where do I see God acting in the world today? Who mirrors God in the world for me?

What does it mean for me to be an heir of God? What do I inherit? In what ways must I suffer to receive the blessings of my inheritance?

Museums contain the inherited treasures of the generations that preceded us. The Church holds the treasures of our faith that we inherit at baptism.
